9. gift” defined.-“gift” is the transfer of certain existing moveable or immoveable property made voluntarily and without consideration, by one person, called the donor, to another, called the donee, and accepted by or on behalf of the donee.

10. all properties of the sangathan-moveable or immoveable shall vest in the sangathan and shall be administered by the board of governors within the parameters set by the sangathan in its general meeting or otherwise as directed by the government.

11. the sangathan may purchase, hire lease, exchange or otherwise acquire property moveable or immoveable, tangible or intangible(including copyrights patents and intellectual properties) which may be necessary or convenient for the sangathan and construct, alter and/or maintain such buildings and works as may be necessary for carrying out the objects of the sangathan.
