11. the sangathan may purchase, hire lease, exchange or otherwise acquire property moveable or immoveable, tangible or intangible(including copyrights patents and intellectual properties) which may be necessary or convenient for the sangathan and construct, alter and/or maintain such buildings and works as may be necessary for carrying out the objects of the sangathan.
