1. അവന്റെ സുഹൃത്തുക്കൾ അവനോട് പോകരുതെന്ന് അപേക്ഷിച്ചു

1. his friends entreated him not to go

2. മറ്റുള്ളവരും വന്നു അവനോടു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു.

2. And others came also and entreated him.

3. അവൻ യഹോവയോട് അപേക്ഷിച്ചു: “നിന്റെ സത്യത്തിൽ നടക്കാൻ എന്നെ അനുവദിക്കൂ.”

3. he entreated jehovah:“ make me walk in your truth.”.

4. അവൻ തന്റെ നാശത്തിന് വേണ്ടി യാചിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് അറിയാതെ യാചിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് പറഞ്ഞു.

4. so he spake, entreating, nor knew that for his own doom he entreated.

5. ഇതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് മൂന്നു പ്രാവശ്യം ഞാൻ കർത്താവിനോട് അപേക്ഷിച്ചു, അവൻ എന്നെ വിട്ടുപോകട്ടെ എന്ന് പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചു.

5. about this i three times entreated the lord, praying that it might leave me.

6. പൗലോസ് എഴുതി, "എന്നെ വിട്ടുപോകുവാൻ ഞാൻ കർത്താവിനോട് മൂന്നു പ്രാവശ്യം അപേക്ഷിച്ചു."

6. paul wrote:“ i three times entreated the lord that it might depart from me.”.

7. അവനെ ആ പ്രദേശത്ത് നിന്ന് പുറത്താക്കാതിരിക്കാൻ അവൻ ഒരുപാട് പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചു.

7. and he entreated him greatly, so that he would not expel him from the region.

8. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് എന്നെ വിട്ടുപോകാൻ ഞാൻ കർത്താവിനോട് മൂന്ന് തവണ പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചത്.

8. in this behalf i three times entreated the lord that it might depart from me.”.

9. വിശുദ്ധ പൗലോസ് അപേക്ഷിച്ചു: "നിങ്ങളുടെ ശരീരങ്ങളെ ജീവനുള്ളതും വിശുദ്ധവും ദൈവത്തിന് സ്വീകാര്യവുമായ യാഗങ്ങളായി സമർപ്പിക്കുക".

9. paul entreated:“ present your bodies a sacrifice living, holy, acceptable to god.”.

10. ഒരു അവസരത്തിൽ ഒരു കുഷ്ഠരോഗി അവനോട് അപേക്ഷിച്ചു: "നിനക്ക് വേണമെങ്കിൽ എന്നെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കാം".

10. on one occasion a leper entreated him:“ if you just want to, you can make me clean.”.

11. എന്നിട്ട് അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു, "എന്നെ വിട്ടുപോകുവാൻ ഞാൻ കർത്താവിനോട് [യഹോവയോട്] മൂന്നു പ്രാവശ്യം അപേക്ഷിച്ചു."

11. then, he said:“ i three times entreated the lord[ jehovah] that it might depart from me.”.

12. അവർ കർത്താവിങ്കലേക്കു തിരിയുകയും അവൻ അവരെ ചികിത്സിക്കുകയും സൌഖ്യമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.

12. and they shall return even to the lord, and he will be entreated by them and will heal them.

13. ഞങ്ങൾ അകത്തു കടക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു പന്നികളെ അയക്കേണമേ എന്നു ആത്മാക്കൾ അവനോടു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു.

13. and the spirits entreated him, saying:“send us into the swine, so that we may enter into them.”.

14. അവർ വന്നു അവരോടു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു, അവരെ പുറത്തു കൊണ്ടുപോയി, നഗരം വിട്ടുപോകുവാൻ അവരോടു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു.

14. and they came and besought them, and bringing them out, entreated them to depart out of the city.

15. ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവൾ പിതാവിനോട് അപേക്ഷിച്ചു: “ഞാൻ മരിച്ചാലും ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും സ്വർഗത്തിൽ ഉയിർത്തെഴുന്നേൽക്കും.

15. while still alive, she entreated her father:“ even if i die, i will be resurrected in the paradise.

16. അവൻ ജാതികളുടെ കയ്യിൽ ഏല്പിക്കപ്പെടുകയും അവനെ പരിഹസിക്കുകയും നിന്ദിക്കുകയും അവന്റെമേൽ തുപ്പുകയും ചെയ്യും.

16. for he shall be delivered unto the gentiles, and shall be mocked, and spitefully entreated, and spitted on.

20. but even after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully entreated, as ye know, at philippi, we were bold in our god to speak unto you the gospel of god with much contention.
