1. ਕੋਡ ਨੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਪੱਖਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਵਪਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ

1. the code enjoined members to trade fairly

2. ਅਸੀਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਦਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

2. we enjoined the human being to honor his parents.

3. ਜਾਂ ਧਾਰਮਿਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਨੁਸਖ਼ਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ (ਚੰਗਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ)?

3. or had enjoined piety,(it would have been better)?

4. ਰੱਬ ਨੇ ਪੈਗੰਬਰ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਪੈਰੋਕਾਰਾਂ 'ਤੇ 50 ਨਮਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

4. God enjoined 50 prayers on Prophet Muhammad and his followers.

5. ਉਸਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਧਰਮ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਸਨੇ ਨੂਹ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।

5. he has prescribed for you the religion which he enjoined on noah.

6. ਉਸਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਧਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹੀ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜੋ ਉਸਨੇ ਨੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।

6. he has ordained for you of religion what he enjoined upon noah.”.

7. ਉਸਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਹੀ ਧਰਮ ਥੋਪਿਆ ਜੋ ਉਸਨੇ ਨੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।

7. he has laid down the same religion for you as he enjoined on noah.

8. ਅਤੇ ਉਸਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀ ਉਮਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਨ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ।

8. and has enjoined upon me prayer and almsgiving throughout my life.

9. ''ਜਦੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਮਾਜ਼ ਅਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਦੋ-ਦੋ ਰਕਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨ।

9. ''When the prayers were first enjoined they were of two Rakat each.

10. ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਮੀਂਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਕੰਮ ਵਿਚ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

10. the zamindars of the area were also enjoined to cooperate in the task.

11. ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਮੈਂ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਉਸਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਨ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸੌਂਪੀ।

11. he has enjoined upon me prayer and almsgiving so long as i remain alive.

12. ਉਸੇ ਧਰਮ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਨੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ।

12. the same religion has he established for you that which he enjoined on noah.

13. ਉਹੀ ਧਰਮ ਜੋ ਉਸਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਸਨੇ ਨੂਹ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ…”।

13. the same religion has he established for you as that which he enjoined on noah…”.

14. 9:20, ਇਹ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਇਹ ਨੇਮ ਦਾ ਲਹੂ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

14. 9:20, Saying, this is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you.

15. ਉਹੀ ਧਰਮ ਜੋ ਉਸਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੇ ਨੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ,

15. the same religion has he established for you as that which he enjoined on noah- the.

16. ਉਸਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਰਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ, ਪਰ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਸੱਦਾ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਨਿਵਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ।

16. he enjoined them not to ill- treat a poor devotee, but to invite him and offer him hospitality.

17. ਉਹੀ ਧਰਮ (ਇਸਲਾਮ ਜਾਂ ਅਧੀਨਗੀ) ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਨੂਹ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ।

17. the same religion(islam or submission) has he established for you that which he enjoined on noah.

18. ਅਤੇ ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ ਸੀ।

18. and he enjoined on his family prayer and almsgiving, and was one in whom his lord was well pleased.

19. ਹੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸੀਓ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਧਰਮੀ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਵਰਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

19. o believers, fasting is enjoined on you as it was on those before you, so that you might become righteous.

20. ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਹਾਂ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਆ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀ ਉਮਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਨ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ ਹੈ।

20. he has made me blessed wherever i may be, and has enjoined upon me prayer and almsgiving throughout my life.
