9. such as are niggardly, and bid men to be niggardly. and whosoever turns away, god is the all-sufficient, the all-laudable.

10. say: if you control the treasures of the mercy of my lord, then you would withhold(them) from fear of spending, and man is niggardly.

11. "என் எஜமானரின் இரக்கத்தின் ஏற்பாடுகளை நீங்கள் பெற்றிருந்தாலும், நீங்கள் அவற்றைச் செலவழிக்காமல் இருப்பீர்கள், ஏனென்றால் மனிதன் பொல்லாதவன்.

11. say:"even if you owned the stores of the mercy of my lord, you would have held them back for fear of spending them, for man is niggardly.

12. "என் ஆண்டவரின் கருணைப் பொக்கிஷங்கள் உங்களிடம் இருந்தாலும், அவற்றைச் செலவழிக்காதபடிக்கு நீங்கள் அவற்றைத் தடுத்து நிறுத்துவீர்கள், மேலும் மனிதன் மிகவும் கஞ்சனாக இருக்கிறான்.

12. say,‘even if you possessed the treasuries of my lord's mercy, you would withhold them for the fear of being spent, and man is very niggardly.

13. "என் ஆண்டவரின் கருணைப் பொக்கிஷங்களை நீங்கள் வைத்திருந்தாலும், அவற்றைச் செலவழிக்காதபடிக்கு நீங்கள் நிச்சயமாகத் தடுத்துவிடுவீர்கள். மனிதன் மிகவும் சிறியவன்!"

13. say,"even if you possessed the treasures of the mercy of my lord, you would surely hold them back for fear of spending. man is indeed niggardly!

14. கீழ்த்தரமானவர்கள் மற்றும் மற்றவர்களை கேவலமாக இருக்குமாறு கேட்பவர்கள். மேலும் எவர் புறக்கணிக்கிறார்களோ, (அதை அறிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்) அல்லாஹ் தன்னிறைவு பெற்றவன், மகத்தான புகழுக்கு உரியவன்.

14. those who are niggardly and bid others to be niggardly. and he who turns away,(should know that) allah is self-sufficient, immensely praiseworthy.

15. "என் ஆண்டவரின் கருணைப் பொக்கிஷங்கள் உங்களிடம் இருந்தால், இதோ, நீங்கள் அவற்றைச் செலவழிக்காதபடி, அவற்றைத் தக்கவைத்துக் கொள்வீர்கள்: ஏனென்றால் மனிதன் (எல்லாம்) சிறியவன்!"

15. say:"if ye had control of the treasures of the mercy of my lord, behold, ye would keep them back, for fear of spending them: for man is(every) niggardly!

16. நீங்கள் கடவுளுக்காக செலவு செய்யும்படி கேட்கப்படுகிறீர்கள், ஆனால் உங்களில் சிலர் கீழ்த்தரமாக நடந்து கொள்கிறீர்கள். பேராசையுடன் நடந்துகொள்பவர் தனது சொந்த ஆன்மாவுக்கு எதிராக அவ்வாறு செய்கிறார். கடவுள் தன்னிறைவு பெற்றவர், நீங்கள் ஏழை. நீங்கள் அவரை விட்டு விலகிச் சென்றால், அவர் உங்களைப் போல் இல்லாத மற்றவர்களுடன் உங்களை மாற்றுவார்.

16. it is you who are asked to spend for the cause of god, but some of you behave in a niggardly way. whoever behaves miserly does so against his own soul. god is self-sufficient and you are poor. if you were to turn away from him, he would just replace you with another people, who will not be like you.
