1. قید ہونے کی بدنامی

1. the ignominy of being imprisoned

2. عنقریب تمہیں معلوم ہو جائے گا کہ ذلت کا عذاب کس پر ہے اور کون جھوٹا ہے!

2. soon will ye know who it is on whom descends the penalty of ignominy, and who is a liar!

3. لیکن قیامت کے دن عذاب دوگنا ہو گا، اور وہ اس میں شرمندہ ہو کر رہے گا۔

3. but the penalty on the day of judgment will be doubled to him, and he will dwell therein in ignominy.

4. لیکن جنہوں نے برائی کمائی ہے ان کو برائی کے برابر اجر ملے گا اور ان کے چہروں پر رسوائی چھا جائے گی۔

4. but those who have earned evil will have a reward of like evil, and ignominy will cover their faces.

5. (لیکن) قیامت کے دن عذاب دوگنا ہو گا اور وہ ذلت کے ساتھ اس میں رہے گا۔

5. (but) the penalty on the day of judgment will be doubled to him, and he will dwell therein in ignominy,

6. اس کے لیے یہ دنیا میں ذلت ہے، اور قیامت کے دن ہم اسے آتش فشاں کا مزہ چکھائیں گے۔

6. for him in this world is ignominy, and on the day of resurrection we make him taste the doom of burning.

7. انہوں نے اس معاہدے کی شرائط کو صاف طور پر مسترد کر دیا، اس بات پر احتجاج کرتے ہوئے کہ مدینہ کبھی بھی اس طرح کی بدنامی کی سطح پر نہیں ڈوبا تھا۔

7. they sharply rejected the terms of the agreement, protesting medina had never sunk to such levels of ignominy.

8. انہوں نے واضح طور پر ارسو کے معاہدے کی شرائط کو مسترد کر دیا، [29] اس بات پر احتجاج کرتے ہوئے کہ مدینہ کبھی بھی اس طرح کی بدنامی کی سطح پر نہیں ڈوبا تھا۔

8. they sharply rejected the terms of ursu agreement,[29] protesting medina had never sunk to such levels of ignominy.

9. آپ کے ساتھ ہمارے ساتھ، آپ محسوس کریں گے کہ طیارہ آپ کا ہے اور آپ کو قسم کھانے کی بدنامی سے بچایا جائے گا۔

9. with us by your side, you will feel as if you are the owner of the aircraft, and you save the ignominy of using cuss words.

10. لیکن جن لوگوں نے برائی حاصل کی ہے ان کو اسی برائی کا بدلہ ملے گا، ان کے چہروں پر رسوائی چھا جائے گی، اللہ کے غضب سے ان کا کوئی بچانے والا نہ ہوگا۔

10. but those who have earned evil will have a reward of like evil: ignominy will cover their(faces): no defender will they have from(the wrath of) allah.

11. اس کا اعلان کرنے والے مضمون نے متنبہ کیا: ”کون جانتا ہے کہ 1915 میں برّہ کے وفاداروں کے لیے کوئی خاص آزمائش، مصائب کا پیالہ یا ذلت کا سامنا کرنا پڑے گا! "

11. the article announcing it warned:“ who knows but that there may be some special trial, cup of suffering or ignominy, for the loyal followers of the lamb during 1915!”.

12. اور جب ہمارا حکم آیا تو ہم نے صالح کو ان لوگوں کے ساتھ جو اس کے ساتھ ایمان لائے تھے اپنی رحمت سے اور اس دن کی رسوائی سے بچا لیا۔ تمہارا رب مضبوط اور زبردست ہے۔

12. and when our command came, we saved salih together with those who believed with him through our mercy, and from the ignominy of that day. yourlord is strong and mighty.

13. جب ہمارا حکم صادر ہوا تو ہم نے صالح اور ان کے ساتھ ایمان لانے والوں کو اپنے (خاص) فضل سے اور اس دن کی رسوائی سے بچا لیا۔ کیونکہ آپ کا رب - وہ طاقتور ہے،

13. when our decree issued, we saved salih and those who believed with him, by(special) grace from ourselves- and from the ignominy of that day. for thy lord- he is the strong one,

14. پس جب ہمارا حکم پورا ہوا تو ہم نے صالح اور ان کے ساتھ ایمان لانے والوں کو اپنی رحمت سے اس دن کی رسوائی سے بچا لیا۔ دیکھ تیرے آقا! وہ مضبوط، طاقتور ہے۔

14. so, when our commandment came to pass, we saved salih, and those who believed with him, by a mercy from us, from the ignominy of that day. lo, thy lord! he is the strong, the mighty.

15. اُن کی آنکھیں نیچی ہو جائیں گی، ملامت اُن پر چھا جائے گی۔ جب وہ صحت مند اور دنیا کی زندگی میں اچھے تھے تو انہیں سجدہ (نماز پڑھنے) کے لیے بلایا گیا، لیکن انہوں نے ایسا نہیں کیا۔

15. their eyes will be cast down, ignominy will cover them; they used to be called to prostrate(offer prayers), while they were healthy and good in the life of the world, but they did not.

16. اور اس سے بڑھ کر ظالم کون ہو گا جو اپنی مسجدوں میں خدا کا نام لینے سے منع کرے، جو ان کو برباد کرنے کے لیے دوڑ پڑے جب کہ اسے صرف تعظیم کے ساتھ داخل ہونے کا حق ہے۔ ان کے لیے یہ دنیا میں رسوائی اور آخرت میں سخت عذاب ہے۔

16. and who is more unjust than he who prohibits the name of god being used in his mosques, who hurries to despoil them even though he has no right to enter them except in reverence? for them is ignominy in the world and severe punishment in the life to come.

17. اور اس سے بڑھ کر کون نقصان کرے گا جو اللہ کے حرموں تک جانے سے روکے تاکہ وہاں اس کا نام نہ لیا جائے اور ان کے زوال کے لیے لڑے۔ جہاں تک ان کے بارے میں سوچا گیا تھا کہ وہ اس میں صرف خوف سے داخل ہوں گے۔ اس کی دنیا میں ذلت ہے اور اس کی آخرت میں بڑی لعنت ہے۔

17. and who doth greater wrong than he who forbiddeth the approach to the sanctuaries of allah lest his name should be mentioned therein, and striveth for their ruin. as for such, it was never meant that they should enter them except in fear. theirs in the world is ignominy and theirs in the hereafter is an awful doom.
