3. so they, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into sheol: and the earth closed on them, and they perished from among the assembly.

4. وہ اپنے سب کچھ کے ساتھ گڑھے میں زندہ اُتر گئے اور زمین نے اُن کو ڈھانپ لیا اور وہ جماعت کے درمیان ہی ہلاک ہو گئے۔

5. وہ اپنے سب کچھ کے ساتھ پاتال میں زندہ اتر گئے اور زمین نے انہیں ڈھانپ لیا اور وہ جماعت کے درمیان ہی ہلاک ہو گئے۔

5. they, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the apit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.

6. میں یہاں کسی پر الزام لگانے نہیں آیا ہوں اور نہ ہی مجھ پر جو الزام لگایا جا رہا ہے اس کے بارے میں بات کرنے آیا ہوں کیونکہ میں اچھی طرح جانتا ہوں کہ جو کچھ میں اپنے دفاع میں کہتا ہوں وہ آپ کے موافق نہیں ہے۔

6. i come hither to accuse no man, nor to speak anything of what whereof i am accused, as i know full well that aught i say in my defence doth not appertain to you.

7. میں یہاں کسی پر الزام لگانے نہیں آیا ہوں اور نہ ہی کوئی ایسی بات کرنے آیا ہوں جس سے مجھے ملامت کی جائے کیونکہ میں اچھی طرح جانتا ہوں کہ جو کچھ میں اپنے دفاع میں کہتا ہوں وہ آپ کے موافق نہیں ہے۔

7. i come hither to accuse no man, nor to speak anything of what whereof i am accused, as i know full well that aught i say in my defense doth not appertain to you.

8. اے قوموں کے بادشاہ کون تجھ سے نہ ڈرے؟ کیونکہ یہ آپ کا ہے؛ کیونکہ قوموں کے تمام دانشمندوں میں اور ان کے تمام شاہی مالوں میں آپ جیسا کوئی نہیں ہے۔

8. who should not fear you, king of the nations? for it appertains to you; because among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their royal estate, there is none like you.

9. اے قوموں کے بادشاہ کون تجھ سے نہیں ڈرے گا؟ کیونکہ یہ آپ کا ہے؛ کہ قوموں کے تمام دانشمندوں میں اور ان کی تمام سلطنتوں میں آپ جیسا کوئی نہیں ہے۔

9. who would not fear thee, o king of nations? for to thee doth it appertain: forasmuch as among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, there is none like unto thee.

10. لیکن اگر خُداوند کوئی نیا کام کرے اور زمین اپنا منہ کھولے اور اُن کو اُن کے سب کچھ سمیت نگل لے اور وہ زندہ پاتال میں اُتر آئیں۔ تب تم سمجھو گے کہ ان لوگوں نے خداوند کو حقیر جانا۔

10. but if yahweh make a new thing, and the ground open its mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain to them, and they go down alive into sheol; then you shall understand that these men have despised yahweh.
