1. اور ہم کہتے ہیں، 'کون دلکش ہے؟

1. and it is said,'who is an enchanter?

2. اور جادوگروں کو جھکتے ہوئے نیچے پھینک دیا گیا۔

2. and the enchanters were thrown down, prostrating themselves.

3. تاکہ علم رکھنے والا کوئی جادوگر آپ کے پاس لایا جا سکے۔

3. that they may bring to you every enchanter possessed of knowledge.

4. وہ ایک جادوگر اور جادوگر ہے (کوئی ایسا شخص جو جادو کی چیزیں بناتا ہے)۔

4. he is a sorcerer and an enchanter(someone who makes objects magical).

5. لیکن اس نے اپنی طاقت کی وجہ سے منہ پھیر لیا اور کہا: جادوگر یا دیوانہ!

5. but he turned away on account of his might and said: an enchanter or a madman!

6. کہ وہ جادوگروں کی آواز نہیں سنے گا، حتیٰ کہ اس جادوگر کی بھی نہیں جو دانشمندی سے گاتا ہے۔

6. who will not listen to the voice of charmers, nor even to the enchanter who chants wisely.

7. فرعون کے گاؤں کے سرداروں نے کہا: وہ یقیناً علم والا ہے!

9. اور جادوگر فرعون کے پاس آئے (اور) کہنے لگے کہ اگر ہم غالب ہیں تو ہمیں ضرور اجر ملے گا۔

9. and the enchanters came to firon(and) said: we must surely have a reward if we are the prevailing ones.

10. اور جادوگر فرعون کے پاس آئے (اور) کہنے لگے: اگر ہم فاتح ہیں تو ہمیں ضرور اجر ملے گا؟

11. بادشاہ نے اپنے نوکروں کو بلایا اور حکم دیا کہ جادوگروں، کلدین باباؤں اور کاہنوں کو لے کر آئیں۔

11. the king cried out to his servants, ordering them to bring in the enchanters, the chaldean wise men, and the diviners.

12. مجھ پر یقین کرو، میرے دوست، ہمیں اپنے رب سے دل کی گہرائیوں سے دعا کرنی چاہیے کہ وہ ہم دونوں کو شیطانی جادوگروں اور جادوگروں سے نجات دے۔"

12. Believe me, my friend, we must pray earnestly to our Lord that he deliver us both from wicked wizards and enchanters."

13. تاکہ جادوگر موسیٰ کے سامنے کھڑے نہ ہو سکیں، جادوگروں اور تمام مصریوں کی عجیب و غریب حالت کی وجہ سے۔

13. so that the sorcerers could not stand before moses, by the reason of botches on the enchanters and upon all the egyptians.

14. اور وہ اس بات پر تعجب کرتے ہیں کہ ان کے پاس انہی میں سے ایک ڈرانے والا آیا ہے اور کافر کہتے ہیں کہ وہ بڑا جھوٹا ہے۔

14. and they wonder that a warner from among themselves has come to them, and the disbelievers say: this is an enchanter, a liar.

15. تب بادشاہ نے جادوگروں، جادوگروں، جادوگروں اور قصیموں کو بادشاہ کو اپنے خواب سنانے کے لیے بھیجا ۔

15. then the king commanded to call the magicians, and the enchanters, and the sorcerers, and the kasdim, to tell the king his dreams.

16. اور وہ اس بات پر تعجب کرتے ہیں کہ ان کے پاس انہی میں سے ایک ڈرانے والا آیا ہے اور کافر کہتے ہیں کہ وہ بڑا جھوٹا ہے۔

16. and they wonder that there has come to them a warner from among themselves, and the disbelievers say: this is an enchanter, a liar.

17. کیا! لوگوں کے لیے تعجب کی بات ہے کہ ہم ان میں سے ایک آدمی کو ظاہر کرتے ہیں کہ: لوگوں کو ڈراؤ اور ان لوگوں کو خوشخبری سنا دو جو یقین رکھتے ہیں کہ وہ اپنے رب کے ساتھ مضبوط ہیں۔ کافر کہتے ہیں کہ یہ یقیناً ایک خوبصورت منشور ہے۔

17. what! is it a wonder to the people that we revealed to a man from among themselves, saying: warn the people and give good news to those who believe that theirs is a footing of firmness with their lord. the unbelievers say: this is most surely a manifest enchanter.
