1. ذلت آمیز (ایک طرف)، دوسری طرف پرجوش۔

1. abasing(one party), exalting the other.

2. واقعہ کچھ کو ذلیل اور دوسروں کو بلند کرے گا۔

3. اور ہم نے بنی اسرائیل کو ذلت کے عذاب سے نجات دی۔

3. And WE delivered the Children of Israel from the abasing torment

5. I watched my colleagues abasing themselves before the board of trustees

6. اور ہم یقیناً بنی اسرائیل کو سخت عذاب سے نجات دلائیں گے۔

6. and certainly we delivered the children of israel from the abasing chastisement.

7. کیا میں نے اپنے آپ کو عاجز کر کے کوئی جرم کیا ہے تاکہ آپ کو سربلند کیا جائے، کیونکہ میں نے آزادانہ طور پر آپ کو خدا کی خوشخبری سنائی ہے؟

7. have i committed an offence in abasing myself that ye might be exalted, because i have preached to you the gospel of god freely?

8. اور جو اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کرے گا اور حد سے بڑھے گا تو وہ اسے آگ میں ڈالے گا اور اس کے لیے رسوا کن عذاب ہے۔

8. and whoever disobeys allah and his apostle and goes beyond his limits, he will cause him to enter fire to abide in it, and he shall have an abasing chastisement.

9. پس ہم ان پر اندھیرے کے دنوں میں ایک تیز آندھی بھیجتے ہیں تاکہ انہیں دنیا کی زندگی میں ذلت کے عذاب کا مزہ چکھائیں۔ اور یقیناً آخرت کا عذاب اس سے بھی زیادہ ذلیل کرنے والا ہے اور وہ نجات نہیں پائیں گے۔

9. so we sent on them a furious wind in unlucky days, that we may make them taste the chastisement of abasement in this world's life; and certainly the chastisement of the hereafter is much more abasing, and they shall not be helped.

10. اس طرح ہم ان پر برے دنوں میں ایک تیز آندھی بھیجتے ہیں تاکہ انہیں دنیا کی زندگی میں ذلت کے عذاب کا مزہ چکھائیں۔ اور یقیناً آخرت کا عذاب اس سے بھی زیادہ ذلیل کرنے والا ہے اور وہ نجات نہیں پائیں گے۔
