2. a stiff-necked recalcitrant and troublemaker

3. ಆ ಗಟ್ಟಿಗುತ್ತಲಿನ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಿಗಾಗಿ ಅವನು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಟ್ಟನು!

3. He gave himself up for those stiff-necked Israelites!

4. ನರಕದ ದ್ವಾರಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಅದರ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ. ಅಸಂತೋಷವೇ ಕೊಲೊಸ್ಸಿಯ ವಾಸಸ್ಥಾನ!

4. enter ye the gates of hell as abiders therein. hapless is the abode of the stiff-necked!

5. ನಾವು ದೇವರಿಗೆ ನಿಷ್ಠುರವಾದ ವಿರೋಧದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಬಾರದು; ಅಂತಹ ಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಂದ ಏನು ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗಬಹುದು?

5. We should not stand in stiff-necked opposition to God; what good could come of such actions?

7. ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ನೀವು ಯಹೂದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ನಂಬುವವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದ್ವೇಷದಿಂದ ಮಾನವಕುಲದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕಹಿಯಾದವರನ್ನು ಸಹ ಕಾಣುವಿರಿ. ಮತ್ತು ನಾವು ನಜರೇನ್‌ಗಳು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವವರನ್ನು ನಂಬುವವರಿಗೆ ನೀವು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಿರಿ. ಅಂದರೆ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಧರ್ಮಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಜ್ಞರು ಮತ್ತು ಸನ್ಯಾಸಿಗಳು ಇದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಹಠಮಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ.

7. surely thou wilt find the jews and those who associate the bitterest of mankind in enmity toward those who believe. and surely thou wilt find the highest in affection to those who believe those who say: we are nazarenes. that is, because among them are divines and monks and because they are not stiff-necked.
