12. the unwarranted disclosure of matrimonial plans by two adults entitled to solemnize it may, in certain situations, jeopardize the marriage itself.

13. however, at the same time, section 11 of the hma which declares certain marriages, which are in contravention of section 5, to be void, but precludes a marriage solemnized in contravention of sub section(iii) of section 5, ibid from the purview of being regarded as void or invalid.

14. (1)a marriage solemnized between hindus before the commencement of this act, which is otherwise valid, shall not be deemed to be invalid or ever to have been invalid by reason only of the fact that the parties thereto belonged to the same gotra or pravara or belonged to different religions, castes or sub-divisions of the same caste.

15. (1) اس ایکٹ کے شروع ہونے سے پہلے ہندوؤں کے درمیان کی جانے والی شادی، جو کہ دوسری صورت میں درست ہے، صرف اس لیے نہیں ہوگی یا اسے کبھی باطل نہیں سمجھا جائے گا کیونکہ فریقین کا تعلق ایک ہی گوتر یا پراور سے تھا یا مختلف مذاہب، ذاتوں یا ذیلی تقسیم سے تعلق رکھتے تھے۔ ایک ہی ذات

15.
