9. however section 5 of the act lays down the conditions under which marriage can be solemnized between any two hindus.

10. if no objection is received before the expiry of 30 days, the marriage will be solemnized at the specified marriage office.

11. ਹਿੰਦੂ ਵਿਆਹ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ:- ਦੋ ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵਿਆਹ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜੇਕਰ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਅਰਥਾਤ:-।

11. conditions for a hindu marriage:- a marriage may be solemnized between two hindus, if following conditions are fulfilled, namely:-.

12. ਦੋ ਬਾਲਗਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਸਮੀ ਰੂਪ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਗੈਰ-ਵਾਜਬ ਖੁਲਾਸੇ ਕਰਨਾ, ਕੁਝ ਸਥਿਤੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਵਿਆਹ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਖ਼ਤਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

12. the unwarranted disclosure of matrimonial plans by two adults entitled to solemnize it may, in certain situations, jeopardize the marriage itself.

13. however, at the same time, section 11 of the hma which declares certain marriages, which are in contravention of section 5, to be void, but precludes a marriage solemnized in contravention of sub section(iii) of section 5, ibid from the purview of being regarded as void or invalid.

14. (1)a marriage solemnized between hindus before the commencement of this act, which is otherwise valid, shall not be deemed to be invalid or ever to have been invalid by reason only of the fact that the parties thereto belonged to the same gotra or pravara or belonged to different religions, castes or sub-divisions of the same caste.

15.
