1. اے مریم، اللہ تجھے اپنی طرف سے ایک کلمہ کی بشارت دیتا ہے۔

1. O Mary, Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a word from him.

2. ہاں، ہر جگہ کی طرح خطرہ ہو گا۔ لیکن وہ زیادہ فضل دیتا ہے۔

2. Yes, there will be danger, as everywhere; but he giveth more grace.

10. whosoever giveth thanks he only giveth thanks for his own soul; and whosoever is ungrateful then verily my lord is self-sufficient, munificent.

11. جس دن ارواح اور فرشتے ترتیب میں ہوں گے وہ صرف اسی سے بات کر سکیں گے جس سے رحمن اجازت دے اور جو صحیح بات کرے۔

11. on the day whereon the spirits and the angels will stand arrayed, they will not be able to speak save him whom the compassionate giveth leave and who speaketh aright.

12. تب میں نے خوشی کی تعریف کی، کیونکہ سورج کے نیچے کھانے، پینے اور مزے کرنے سے بہتر کوئی آدمی نہیں ہے۔ اس کے کام کی وجہ سے اس کی زندگی کے وہ دن باقی رہیں گے جو خدا اسے سورج کے نیچے دیتا ہے۔ سورج

12. then i commended mirth, because a man hath no better thing under the sun, than to eat, and to drink, and to be merry: for that shall abide with him of his labour the days of his life, which god giveth him under the sun.

13. the one who had some knowledge of the book said: i shall bring it unto thee ere thy eye twinkleth. then when he saw it placed before him, he said: this is of the grace of my lord that he may prove me whether i give thanks or am ungrateful. whosoever giveth thanks he only giveth thanks for his own soul; and whosoever is ungrateful then verily my lord is self-sufficient, munificent.
