7. if thou shalt afflict my daughters, or if thou shalt take other wives beside my daughters, no man is with us; see, god is witness betwixt me and thee.

10. اور دیکھو! مویشیوں میں تمہارے لیے سبق ہے۔ جو کچھ ان کے پیٹوں میں ہے ہم تمہیں پینے کے لیے دیتے ہیں، فضلہ اور خون پینے والوں کے لیے خالص اور خوشگوار دودھ۔

10. and lo! in the cattle there is a lesson for you. we give you to drink of that which is in their bellies, from betwixt the refuse and the blood, pure milk palatable to the drinkers.

11. اور وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جس کی طرف تم ہمیں پکارتے ہو ہمارے دل اس سے پردہ ہیں اور ہمارے کانوں میں بوجھ ہے اور ہمارے اور تمہارے درمیان ایک پردہ ہے۔ اچھا کام کرو، ہم واقعی کارکن ہیں۔

11. and they say: our hearts are under veils from that whereunto thou callest us, and in our ears there is heaviness, and betwixt us and thee there is a curtain; work thou then, verily we are workers.
