1. ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਹੈ।

1. that is the extreme abasement.

2. ਆਪਣੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ,

2. condemns and abases their enemies,

3. ਉਹ (ਕੁਝ) ਨਿਮਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

3. it will abase(some) and exalt others.

4. ਕੁਝ ਨਿਮਾਣੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਉੱਚੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।

4. some shall be abased and others exalted.

5. ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ, ਸੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਮਰ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

5. for indeed, truth abases none and ennobles all.

6. ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਦਿਨ ਉਹ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਜੀ ਉੱਠਣਗੇ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨਿਮਰ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ।

6. and abase me not on the day when they are raised.

7. ਉੱਥੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਨਰਕ? ਇਹ ਦਰਦਨਾਕ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਹੈ।

7. of hell to abide in it? that is the grievous abasement.

8. ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਹੰਝੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਵੈ-ਅਪਮਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਮੰਗਣ ਲੱਗੀ

10. ਮੇਰੀ ਗ਼ੁਲਾਮੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ: ਮੇਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਲਈ, ਇਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਤ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਾਨ ਹੈ!

10. my captivity is not my abasement: by my life, it is indeed a glory unto me!

11. with eyes aghast, abasement stupefying them: such is the day which they are promised.

15. ਕਿਆਮਤ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਉਸਦੇ ਲਈ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੁੱਗਣੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਥੇ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹੇਗਾ;

15. the punishment shall be doubled to him on the day of resurrection, and he shall abide therein in abasement;

16. ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ, ਜਦੋਂ ਰਾਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਮਰ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

16. indeed when kings enter a town, they devastate it, and reduce the mightiest of its people to the most abased.

17. ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਫੜ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਅੱਗੇ ਨਿਮਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਨਿਮਰ ਹੋਏ;

17. we already seized them with the chastisement, yet they abased not themselves to their lord nor were they humble;

18. ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਧਰਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਮਰ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਮਾਮ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਰਸ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ।

18. and we desired to show favour to those who were abased in the land, and to make them imams, and to make them the heirs.

19. ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨੀਵੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ, ਅਪਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁੰਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਅਜੇ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ।
