2. ਅਤੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ, ਇਹ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਫੈਲਦਾ ਹੈ?

2. and at the earth, how it is outspread?

3. ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਧਾਏ।

3. and by night i lifted my outspread hands in prayer.

4. ਅਤੇ ਫੈਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਖੰਭਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੰਛੀ? ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ

4. and the birds with outspread wings? he knows its prayers

7. ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਗਰਦਨ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਨਾ ਰੱਖੋ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਫੈਲਾਓ, ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਵੰਚਿਤ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰੋ।

7. and keep not thy hand chained to thy neck, nor outspread it widespread altogether, or thou wilt sit reproached and denuded.

8. ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਗਰਦਨ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਨਾ ਰੱਖੋ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਫੈਲਾਓ, ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਵੰਚਿਤ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰੋ।

9. ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਗਰਦਨ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਨਾ ਰੱਖੋ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਫੈਲਾਓ, ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਵੰਚਿਤ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰੋ।

10. ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਗਰਦਨ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਨਾ ਰੱਖੋ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਫੈਲਾਓ, ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਵੰਚਿਤ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰੋ।

10. and keep not thy hand chained to thy neck, nor outspread it widespread altogether, or thou wilt sit reproached and denuded.

11. vi ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਗਰਦਨ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਾ ਰੱਖੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਧਾਓ, ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬੈਠੋਗੇ, ਝਿੜਕਦੇ ਹੋ, ਲਾਚਾਰ ਹੋਵੋਗੇ।

11. vi do not keep your hand fastened to your neck nor outspread it, altogether outspread, for you will be left sitting rebuked, destitute.

12. ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਢੱਕਣ ਲਈ ਬੱਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਫੈਲਾਇਆ, ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਟੇਰ ਭੇਜੇ।

12. and we outspread the cloud to overshadow you, and we sent down manna and quails upon you:'eat of the good things wherewith we have provided

13. ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਅੱਲ੍ਹਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉੱਚਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਅਕਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਛੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਖੰਭਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ? ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਚੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਲ੍ਹਾ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

13. have you not seen how allah is exalted by those in the heavens and earth, and the birds with outspread wings? he knows its prayers and its exaltations and allah has knowledge of the things they do.

14. ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪੰਛੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਫੈਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਖੰਭਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੰਛੀ ਅੱਲ੍ਹਾ ਦੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ? ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਦੇ ਢੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਅੱਲ੍ਹਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਕੰਮ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਗਿਆਨ ਹੈ।

14. do you not observe that all those who are in the heavens and the earth, and the birds with outspread wings, glorify allah? each one knows the mode of its prayer and glorification, and allah has full knowledge of all they do.
