1. അവൻ അവളിൽ നിന്ന് എന്തെങ്കിലും അംഗീകാരം വാങ്ങണം

1. he must extract from her some meed of approbation

2. അത് നിങ്ങളുടെ കർമ്മങ്ങൾക്ക് അനന്തരാവകാശമായി ലഭിക്കുന്ന സ്വർഗമാണ്.

2. this is the paradise you will inherit(as meed) for your deeds.

3. ആകുന്നു! അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെയും മലക്കുകളുടെയും മനുഷ്യരുടെയും എല്ലാവരുടെയും ശാപം അവരുടെ മേൽ പതിക്കുന്നു എന്നതാണ് അവരുടെ അവകാശം.

3. these! their meed is that on them shall be the curse of allah and of angles and of mankind, all;

4. ആകുന്നു! അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെയും മലക്കുകളുടെയും മനുഷ്യരുടെയും എല്ലാവരുടെയും ശാപം അവരുടെ മേൽ പതിക്കുന്നു എന്നതാണ് അവരുടെ അവകാശം.

4. these! their meed is that on them shall be the curse of allah and of angles and of mankind, all;

5. അല്ലാഹു പറഞ്ഞു: പോകൂ; അതിനാൽ അവരിൽ ആരെങ്കിലും നിങ്ങളെ അനുഗമിച്ചാൽ നരകം നിങ്ങളുടെ അപ്പവും വിശാലമായ അപ്പവുമാണ്.

5. allah said: be thou gone; then who soever of them followeth thee, hell is your meed, a meed ample.

6. അപ്പോൾ, അവർ ചെറുതായി ചിരിക്കും, കൂടുതൽ കരയും: അവർ നേടിയതിന്റെ പ്രതിഫലം.

6. little then let them laugh, and much they shall weep: the meed of that which they have been earning.

7. നദികൾ ഒഴുകുന്ന നിത്യ തോട്ടങ്ങൾ: ഇവയിലെ നിവാസികൾ; അത് തന്നെത്തന്നെ ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചവന്റെ അളവാണ്.

7. gardens everlasting whereunder rivers flow: abiders therein; that is the meed of him who hath purified himself.

8. എന്റെയും നിങ്ങളുടെയും പാപം നിങ്ങൾ വഹിക്കണമെന്നും തീയുടെ കൂട്ടാളികളിൽ ഒരാളാകണമെന്നും ഞാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. അത് കുറ്റവാളികളുടെ അളവുകോലാണ്.

8. verily would that thou bear my sin and thine own sin, and then thou become of the fellows of the fire; that is the meed of the wrong-doers.

9. കാരണം അവൻ അവർക്ക് അർഹമായത് നൽകും, ഇല്ല, അവൻ അവർക്ക് (ഇപ്പോഴും) തന്റെ ഔദാര്യം നൽകും: കാരണം അവൻ പലപ്പോഴും ആഹ്ലാദഭരിതനാണ്, സേവനത്തെ വിലമതിക്കാൻ തയ്യാറാണ്.

9. for he will pay them their meed, nay, he will give them(even) more out of his bounty: for he is oft-forgiving, most ready to appreciate service.

10. അത് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ പ്രതിവിധിയാണ്: തീ. അവിടെ അവരുടെ വാസസ്ഥലം ഉണ്ട്: അവർ നമ്മുടെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങൾക്ക് വിരുദ്ധമായിരുന്നു.

10. that is the meed of the enemies of allah: the fire. therein is their home of abidence: a meed forasmuch as our revelations they were wont to gainsay.

11. അത് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ പ്രതിവിധിയാണ്: തീ. അവരുടെ വാസസ്ഥലം അവിടെയുണ്ട്: നമ്മുടെ വെളിപാടുകൾക്ക് വിരുദ്ധമായി അവർ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്ന ഒരു അളവ്.

11. that is the meed of the enemies of allah: the fire. therein is their home of abidence: a meed forasmuch as our revelations they were wont to gainsay.

12. ആ! അതിൻറെ ആഹാരം അതിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവിൻറെ പാപമോചനവും നദികൾ ഒഴുകുന്ന തോട്ടങ്ങളുമാണ്. അവർ അവിടെ വസിക്കും. തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ വാടക വളരെ വലുതാണ്!

12. those! their meed is forgiveness from their lord and gardens whereunder rivers flow; they shall be abiders therein. excellent is the hire of the workers!

13. ഒരു മോശം പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ ശിക്ഷ സമാനമായ തിന്മയാണ്; എന്നാൽ ക്ഷമിക്കുകയും തിരുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവന്റെ പ്രതിഫലം അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കൽ നിന്നുള്ളതാണ്. സത്യത്തിൽ അവൻ ദുഷ്പ്രവൃത്തിക്കാരെ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നില്ല.

13. the meed of an ill-deed is an ill the like thereunto; but whosoever pardoneth and amendeth, his hire is on allah; verily he approveth not the wrong-doers.

14. അത് അവരുടെ ഭക്ഷണമായിരിക്കും, കാരണം അവർ നമ്മുടെ അടയാളങ്ങൾ വിശ്വസിച്ചില്ല, നമ്മൾ എല്ലുകളും ശകലങ്ങളും ആകുമ്പോൾ, ഞങ്ങൾ തീർച്ചയായും ഒരു പുതിയ സൃഷ്ടിയായി ഉയരുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു!

14. this shall be their meed because they disbelieved in our signs and said when we have become bones and fragments, shall we in sooth be raised up a new creation!

15. പുരുഷൻമാരെയും സ്ത്രീകളെ മോഷ്ടിക്കുന്നവനെയും സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തോളം, അവർ സമ്പാദിച്ചതിന് പ്രതിഫലമായി അവരുടെ കൈകൾ വെട്ടിക്കളയുക. അല്ലാഹുവിൽ നിന്നുള്ള മാതൃകാപരമായ ശിക്ഷ. അല്ലാഹു പ്രതാപിയും യുക്തിമാനുമാകുന്നു.

15. as for the man-thief and the woman-thief, cut off their hands as a meed for that which they have earned; an exemplary punishment from allah. and allah is mighty, wise.

16. നിങ്ങളെ ഞങ്ങളിലേക്ക് അടുപ്പിക്കുന്നത് നിങ്ങളുടെ സമ്പത്തോ മക്കളോ അല്ല, എന്നാൽ ആരെങ്കിലും വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും സൽക്കർമങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നുവോ അവർ! അവർ അദ്ധ്വാനിച്ചതിന്റെ ഇരട്ടി കൂലി അവർക്കു ലഭിക്കും, അവർ ഉയർന്ന അറകളിൽ സുരക്ഷിതരായിരിക്കും.

16. and it is not your riches nor your children that shall draw you nigh unto us with a near approach, but whoso ever believeth and worketh righteously- then those! theirs shall be a twofold meed for that which they will have worked, and they will be in upper apartments secure.
