10. (3) जहां नई संपत्ति को उसकी स्थापना की तारीख से पांच साल के भीतर विलय या विभाजन के हिस्से के रूप में बेचा या अन्यथा स्थानांतरित किया जाता है, पैराग्राफ (2) के प्रावधान कंपनी समामेलित कंपनी या परिणामी कंपनी पर लागू होंगे, जैसा कि मामला हो सकता है, जैसा कि समामेलन कंपनी या स्पिन-ऑफ कंपनी पर लागू होता।

10.
