3. wouldst thou have practised on me for thy use,

4. And if thou should'st reach the Waters of Death, what wouldst thou do?

7. then would we have let thee taste the double of life and the double of death; and then thou wouldst have found none to help thee against us.

9. did we will, we would show them to thee, then thou wouldst know them by their mark; and thou shalt certainly know them in the twisting of their speech; and god knows your deeds.

10. ಅಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ನಾವು ನಿಮಗೆ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ಜೀವನದ ಹಿಂಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ಮರಣದ ಹಿಂಸೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಂತರ ನೀವು ನಮ್ಮ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

10. in that case we would have surely made thee taste the double of the tornment of the life and the double of the torment of death, and then thou wouldst not find against us a helper.

11. ಅಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ನಾವು ನಿಮಗೆ ಈ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು (ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು) ಮತ್ತು ಸಾವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ: ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವವರು ಯಾರೂ ಕಾಣಲಿಲ್ಲ!

11. in that case we should have made thee taste an equal portion(of punishment) in this life, and an equal portion in death: and moreover thou wouldst have found none to help thee against us!

12. ನಾವು ಈ ಕುರಾನ್ ಅನ್ನು ಪರ್ವತದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಳಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅಲ್ಲಾಹನ ಭಯದಿಂದ ಅದು ಬೀಳುವುದನ್ನು, ತುಂಡುಗಳಾಗಿ ಒಡೆಯುವುದನ್ನು ಅವರು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ನಾವು ಈ ದೃಷ್ಟಾಂತಗಳನ್ನು ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ (59:21).

12. had we sent down this qur'an on a mountain, those wouldst have seen it falling down, splitting asunder, because of the fear of allah, and we set forth these parables to men that they may reflect(59:21).

13. ನೀವು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದರೆ ಅವರು (ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗಳಿಂದ) ಹೊರಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಅಲ್ಲಾಹನ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಲವಾದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹೇಳು, “ಆಣೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಡ; ವಿಧೇಯತೆ (ಹೆಚ್ಚು) ಸಮಂಜಸವಾಗಿದೆ; ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ, ಅಲ್ಲಾಹನು ನೀವು ಮಾಡುವ ಎಲ್ಲದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿದಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ.

13. they swear their strongest oaths by allah that, if only thou wouldst command them, they would leave(their homes). say:"swear ye not; obedience is(more) reasonable; verily, allah is well acquainted with all that ye do.

14. ಮತ್ತು ಅವನು ಇಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಶತ್ರುವಾಗಿದ್ದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೀಳಲು ಮುಂದಾದಾಗ, ಅವನು ಹೇಳಿದನು: ಓ ಮೋಶೆ! ನಿನ್ನೆ ಯಾರನ್ನಾದರೂ ಕೊಂದ ಹಾಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನೂ ಸಾಯಿಸುತ್ತೀಯಾ? ನೀವು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರಂಕುಶಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ನೀವು ಸುಧಾರಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

14. and when he would have fallen upon the man who was an enemy unto them both, he said: o moses! wouldst thou kill me as thou didst kill a person yesterday. thou wouldst be nothing but a tyrant in the land, thou wouldst not be of the reformers.

15. ಅವರು ಮಲಗಿರುವಾಗ, ನಾವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಈಗ ಬಲಕ್ಕೆ, ಈಗ ಎಡಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗಿಸುವಾಗ ಅವರು ಎಚ್ಚರವಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ನೀವು ಭಾವಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ನಾಯಿ ತನ್ನ ಪಂಜಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾಗಿಲಲ್ಲಿ ಚಾಚಿದೆ. ನೀವು ಅವರನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ, ನೀವು ಓಡಿಹೋಗುವಾಗ ನೀವು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೆನ್ನು ತಿರುಗಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಿರಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೀವು ಭಯಭೀತರಾಗಿರುತ್ತೀರಿ.

15. thou wouldst have thought them awake, as they lay sleeping, while we turned them now to the right, now to the left,' and their dog'stretching its paws on the threshold. hadst thou observed them surely thou wouldst have turned thy back on them in flight, and been filled with terror of them.

16. ಸಂಭವನೀಯ ವಿಷಯವೆಂದರೆ, ನಿಮಗೆ ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ನೀವು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡುತ್ತೀರಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಎದೆಯು ದುಃಖಿತವಾಗಿದೆ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ: ಅವನಿಗಾಗಿ ನಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ಏಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಅಥವಾ ಅವನು ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ದೇವದೂತನನ್ನು ಏಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ? ನೀವು ಕೇವಲ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವವರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಲ್ಲಾಹನು ಎಲ್ಲದರ ಒಡೆಯನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

16. a likely thing, that thou wouldst forsake aught of that which hath been revealed unto thee, and that thy breast should be straitened for it, because they say: why hath not a treasure been sent down for him, or an angel come with him? thou art but a warner, and allah is in charge of all things.

17. ಸೂರ್ಯನು ಉದಯಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಅವರ ಗುಹೆಯ ಬಲಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಯುವುದನ್ನು ನೀವು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅದು ಅಸ್ತಮಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಅವರು ಗುಹೆಯ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರೆದ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಗಿರುವಾಗ ಅವರಿಂದ ಎಡಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇವು ಅಲ್ಲಾಹನ ಕೆಲವು ಚಿಹ್ನೆಗಳು: ಅಲ್ಲಾಹನು ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾನೋ ಅವನು ಉತ್ತಮ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಕನಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಾಹನು ಯಾರನ್ನು ದಾರಿತಪ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತಾನೋ ಆತನಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾದ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುವ ರಕ್ಷಕನನ್ನು ನೀವು ಕಾಣಲಾರಿರಿ.

17. thou wouldst have seen the sun, when it rose, declining to the right from their cave, and when it set, turning away from them to the left, while they lay in the open space in the midst of the cave. such are among the signs of allah: he whom allah, guides is rightly guided; but he whom allah leaves to stray,- for him wilt thou find no protector to lead him to the right way.
