1. ਅਤੇ ਅੱਲ੍ਹਾ ਅੱਗੇ (ਇਕੱਲੇ) ਸਾਰੇ ਜੋ ਸਵਰਗ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਹਨ, ਆਪਣੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਝੁਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ, ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਛਾਵੇਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

10. ਰਾਤ ਵੇਲੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਕਰੋ।

10. glorify him during the night and also glorify him after prostration.

11. ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਨ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

11. you have never heard of anyone dying from performing full prostrations.

12. ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅੱਲ੍ਹਾ ਅੱਗੇ ਝੁਕ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰੋ। ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ 12.

13. and the prostrations are for allah; wherefore call not along with allah anyone.

14. ਪਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਗਾਇਨ ਕਰੋ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਣੋ।

14. but hymn the praise of thy lord, and be of those who make prostration unto him.

19. certainly, when it is recited to them, those who were given knowledge before it fall on their faces in prostration, saying,"glory be to our lord!

20. [ਸਾਲ 1840 ਤੋਂ 1851 ਵਿਚ ਕਈ ਮੌਕਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ-ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ-ਅਜਿਹੇ ਤਜ਼ਰਬੇ ਹੋਏ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣ ਵਿਚ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ।

20. [On several occasions in the years 1840 to 1851—and even later—there were experiences in which the power of God was manifested in physical prostration.
