7. ಜಾಹೀರಾತಿನ ಜನರು [ಅವನ ಧರ್ಮಪ್ರಚಾರಕನನ್ನು] ಧಿಕ್ಕರಿಸಿದರು. ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಗಳು ಹೇಗಿದ್ದವು?

7. the people of‘ad impugned[their apostle]. so how were my punishment and warnings?

8. certainly those who were before them had impugned[my apostles]; but then how was my rebuttal!

10. if they impugn you, certainly[other] apostles were impugned before you, and all matters are returned to allah.

11. the people of noah impugned before them. so they impugned our servant and said,‘a crazy man,' and he was reviled.

15. and the inhabitants of aykah and the people of tubbac. each[of them] impugned the apostles, and so my threat became due against them.
