1. ಅಸ್-ಸಲಾತ್ (ಇಖಾಮತ್-ಆಸ್-ಸಲಾತ್) ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವವರು ಮತ್ತು ಝಕಾತ್ ನೀಡುವವರು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಚಿತವಾಗಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರು.

1. those who perform as-salat(iqamat-as- salat) and give zakat and they have faith in the hereafter with certainty.

18. ಮತ್ತು ನಾನು ಎಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ನಾನು ಬದುಕಿರುವವರೆಗೂ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭಿಕ್ಷೆ (ಝಕಾತ್) ಅನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ವಿಧಿಸಿದೆ;

19. h8.24 ಒಬ್ಬ ಕಾಫಿರ್‌ಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಒಬ್ಬ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಂತಹ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಲು ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಯಾರಿಗಾದರೂ ಝಕಾತ್ [ದಾನ] ನೀಡಲು ಅನುಮತಿಯಿಲ್ಲ.

19. h8.24 It is not permissible to give zakat [charity] to a Kafir, or to someone whom one is obliged to support such as a wife or family member.
