1. it is a blessing vouchsafed him by heaven

2. She now vouchsafed to me the information: “The information came from Munich.”

3. आणि आम्ही निश्चितपणे हे पुस्तक मुसाला देत आहोत, त्यामुळे कदाचित त्यांना मार्गदर्शन करता येईल.

3. and assuredly we vouchsafed unto musa the book, that haply they may be guided.

4. आणि आम्ही नक्कीच इब्राहिमला भूतकाळात न्याय दिला होता आणि आम्ही त्याला ओळखत होतो.

4. and assuredly we vouchsafed un to lbrahim his rectitude aforetime, and him we had ever known.

5. आणि आम्ही त्याला या जगात चांगले दिले आहे आणि यापुढे तो नीतिमानांपैकी असेल.

5. and we vouchsafed unto him good in this world, and in the hereafter he shall be of the righteous.

6. and those who are vouchsafed the book divided not save after there had come unto them the evidence.

7. and assuredly we vouchsafed unto musa the book and we placed with him his brother harun as a minister.

8. म्हणून अल्लाहने त्यांना जगाचा मोबदला आणि परलोकातील उत्कृष्ट बक्षीस दिले. आणि अल्लाह उपकार करणाऱ्यावर प्रेम करतो.

8. wherefore allah vouchsafed unto them the reward of the world, and the excellent reward of the hereafter. and allah loveth the well-doer.

9. सांगा: तुमचा विश्वास असो वा नसो, ज्यांना त्याच्या आधी ज्ञान दिले गेले होते, जेव्हा त्यांना ते वाचले जाते तेव्हा ते आपल्या हनुवटीवर लोटांगण घालून पडतात.

9. say thou: whether ye believe it or believe it not, verily those who were vouchsafed knowledge before it, when it is recited unto them, fall down on their chins, prostrating.

10. आणि तुमचा पालनकर्ता ज्यांना स्वर्गात आणि पृथ्वीवर आहे त्यांना चांगले माहीत आहे. आणि खरंच आम्ही काही संदेष्ट्यांना इतरांपेक्षा प्राधान्य दिले आहे: आणि आम्ही त्यांना एक शास्त्र दिले आहे.

10. and thine lord is the best knower of those who are in the heavens and the earth. and assuredly we have preferred some prophets over some others: and we vouchsafed unto daud a scripture.

11. then unto musa we vouchsafed the book perfect for him who would do well and detailing every thing and a guidance and a mercy, that haply in the meeting of their lord they would believe.

12. आणि तुम्हाला जे काही दिले जाते ते जगाच्या जीवनाचा आनंद आणि शोभा आहे. आणि जे अल्लाहकडे आहे ते अधिक चांगले आणि चिरस्थायी आहे. विचार करणार नाही का?

12. and whatsoever ye are vouchsafed is an enjoyment of the life of the world and an adornment thereof; and that which is with allah is better and more lasting. will ye not therefore reflect?

13. म्हणून आम्ही त्याला उत्तर दिले, आणि त्याच्याजवळ जे होते ते त्याच्याकडून काढून घेतले आणि त्याला त्याचे घर व त्याचे सहकारी दिले, आमच्याकडून दया आणि उपासकांच्या स्मरणार्थ.

13. so we answered him and we removed that which was with him of the hurt, and we vouchsafed unto him his household and the like thereof along with them, as a mercy from us and a remembrance unto the worshippers.

14. and we bestowed on him is-haq and y'aqub, and we placed among his posterity prophethood and the book, and we vouchsafed unto him his hire in the world, and verily in the hereafter he shall be of the righteous.

15. and assuredly vouchsafed unto musa the book, and disputation arose thereabout; and had not a word preceded from thy lord, it would have been decreed between them. and verily they are concerning that in doubt disquieting.

16. आणि त्याने ते पुस्तक सुरक्षितपणे मौसाला दिले आणि त्यावरून वाद झाला. आणि जर तुमच्या पालनकर्त्याचा एक शब्द अगोदर आला नसता तर त्यांच्यामध्ये निर्णय झाला असता. आणि खरं तर ते सतावणाऱ्या संशयाबद्दल आहेत.

16. and assuredly vouchsafed unto musa the book, and disputation arose thereabout; and had not a word preceded from thy lord, it would have been decreed between them. and verily they are concerning that in doubt disquieting.

17. त्यांच्यामध्ये असे काही लोक आहेत जे तुमचे ऐकतात, तोपर्यंत तुमच्या समोरून बाहेर पडून, ज्यांना ज्ञान मिळाले आहे त्यांना ते म्हणतात, त्याने नुकतेच काय सांगितले? ते असे आहेत ज्यांच्या हृदयावर अल्लाहने मोहर लावली आहे आणि ते त्याच्या इच्छेचे पालन करतात.

17. of them are some who listen to thee, until, when they go forth from before thee, they say unto those who have been vouchsafed knowledge, what is that he hath said just now? those are they whose hearts allah hath sealed up and they follow their lusts.

18. and recall what time allah took a bond from those who were vouchsafed the book: ye shall surely expound it to the people and ye shall hide it not; whereafter they cast it behind their backs, and bartered it for a small price. vile is that wherewith they have bartered.

19. then they vanquished them by the leave of allah, and da'ud slew jalut, and allah vouchsafed him dominion, and wisdom and taught him of that which he willed. and, it not for allah's repelling people, some of them by means of others, the earth surely were corrupted; but allah is gracious unto the worlds.

20. आणि जेव्हा जेव्हा त्यांच्याकडे एखादी निशाणी येते तेव्हा ते म्हणतात: जोपर्यंत अल्लाहच्या प्रेषितांना दिलेली गोष्ट आम्हाला दिली जात नाही तोपर्यंत आम्ही विश्वास ठेवणार नाही. त्याचा प्रेषित कुठे ठेवायचा हे अल्लाहला चांगले माहीत आहे. ज्यांनी अल्लाहसमोर एक अनाठायी पाप केले आहे आणि ते ज्या षडयंत्र रचत होते त्याबद्दल त्यांना कठोर शिक्षा दिली जाईल.

20. and whensoever there cometh unto them a sign, they say: we shall not believe until we are vouchsafed the like of that which is vouchsafed unto the apostles of allah. allah knoweth best wheresoever to place his apostleship. anon shall befall those who have sinned vileness before allah and severe chastisement for that which they were wont to plot.
