15. تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اپنا ہاتھ اس جگہ پر رکھو جہاں تم اپنے جسم میں درد محسوس کرتے ہو اور تین بار بسم اللہ کہو اور سات بار اعوذ باللہ و قدرتہ من شری ما۔ اجیدو و اخذیرو (میں اللہ اور اس کی قدرت کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں اس شر سے جس کا مجھے سامنا ہوتا ہے اور خوف آتا ہے)۔

15. thereupon allah's messenger(may peace be upon him) said: place your hand at the place where you feel pain in your body and say bismillah(in the name of allah) three times and seven times a'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa ukhdhiru(i seek refuge with allah and with his power from the evil that i find and that i fear).

16. رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اپنا ہاتھ اپنے جسم کے اس حصے پر رکھو جہاں تمہیں درد ہو اور تین بار بسم اللہ کہو، پھر سات بار کہو، اَنَّا اَذُو بِعَزَّتُ اللہِ وَقَدْرَتِیْ مِن شَرِیْ مَا عَجِدُ وَاَحْدَر (میں اللہ کے جلال اور قدرت کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں اُس کے شر سے جو میں محسوس کرتا ہوں اور فکر کرتا ہوں)۔

16. the messenger of allah(peace and blessings be upon him) said to him,“put your hand on the part of your body where you feel pain and say‘bismillah(in the name of allah) three times, then say seven times, a'udhu bi'izzat-illah wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajid wa uhadhir(i seek refuge in the glory and power of allah from the evil of what i feel and worry about).”.
