17. (a) the amount of interest or, as the case may be, the aggregate amount of such interest paid or likely to be paid on such debenture during the financial year by the company to such individual or hindu undivided family does not exceed five thousand rupees; and.

19. adjudication of such question in the exercise of high prerogative writ jurisdiction of this court under article 32 of the constitution would not only be unjustified but such questions should be left for determination before the appropriate authority either under the act or under cognate provisions of law(industrial disputes act, 1947 etc.), as the case may be.

20. (3) where the new asset is sold or otherwise transferred in connection with the amalgamation or demerger within a period of five years from the date of its installation, the provisions of sub-section(2) shall apply to the amalgamated company or the resulting company, as the case may be, as they would have applied to the amalgamating company or the demerged company.
