10. whosoever associates a compeer with god, will have paradise denied to him by god, and his abode shall be hell; and the sinners will have none to help them.

11. ان سے کہو، (اے پیغمبر) کیا تم واقعی اس پر ایمان نہیں رکھتے اور اس کو اس کے ہم عمر مقرر کرتے ہو جس نے زمین کو دو دن میں پیدا کیا؟ وہ کائنات میں تمام مخلوقات کا رب ہے۔

11. tell them,(o prophet):“do you indeed disbelieve in him and assign compeers to him who created the earth in two days? he is the lord of all beings of the universe.

12. وہ آسمان اور زمین اور اس کے درمیان کی ہر چیز کا مالک ہے۔ اس لیے اس کی خدمت کرو، اور اس کی خدمت میں مستقل رہو۔ کیا آپ کسی ایسے شخص کو جانتے ہیں جو آپ کا مدمقابل ہو سکتا ہے؟

12. he is the lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between. serve him, then, and be constant in serving him. do you know anyone that might be his compeer?

13. god does not forgive that compeers be ascribed to him, though he may forgive aught else if he please. and he who ascribes compeers to god is guilty of the gravest sin.

18. آسمانوں اور زمین کا رب اور جو کچھ ان کے درمیان ہے۔ اس طرح آپ اس کی پرستش کرتے ہیں، اور صبر کے ساتھ اس کی عبادت کی حمایت کرتے ہیں۔ کیا آپ اس کے ساتھی کی طرح کسی کو جانتے ہیں؟ *باب:؟

19. do they have feet to walk on, or hands to hold with, or eyes to see and ears to hear with? say to them:"call your compeers, and work out a plot against me, and do not give me time.

20. جب انسانوں پر کوئی مصیبت آتی ہے تو وہ اپنے رب سے دعا کرتے ہیں اور اس کی طرف رجوع کرتے ہیں۔ لیکن بعد میں جب اس نے ان کو اپنے احسان کا مزہ چکھایا تو ان میں سے کچھ اپنے رب کے ساتھ ساتھی کرنے لگتے ہیں۔

20. when misfortune befalls men they pray to their lord and turn to him; but afterwards when he has given them a taste of his benevolence a section of them begins to ascribe compeers to their lord.
