1. ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ, ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸਫਲ ਬੋਲੀਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।

1. as such only the allottee and their family members can reside in the family quarters.

2. ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦੇਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਲਾਟਮੈਂਟ/ਲੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਰਾਖਵਾਂ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ।

3. the allottee agency will not transfer the site in favour of any third party in any manner and no permission would be granted for this purpose.

5. ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ, ਸਫਲ ਬੋਲੀਕਾਰ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਪਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧੂ ਰਕਮ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
