6. unauthorised construction in buildings situated on freehold sites, if conforming to the byelaws can be regularised by the board after compliance of relevant laws, orders etc.

9. unauthorised construction within the limit of additional floor space of 10% and conforming to rules, byelaws can be regularised by the goc-in-c on the recommendation of the board and signing and registering of indenture deed by the hor.

10. the appointment of committees for any purpose and the determination of all matters relating to the constitution and procedure of such committees, and the delegation to such committees, subject to any conditions which the board thinks fit to impose, of any of the powers or duties of the board under this act other than a power to make regulations or byelaws.
