2. تب داؤد نے جواب دیا اور اخی مَلِک حِتّی اور ابیشے بن زرویا سے کہا۔

3. جب داؤد نوب گیا تو اخی ملک کاہن کے پاس جو سب کانپتے ہوئے داؤد سے ملنے آئے اور اس سے کہا کہ تم اکیلے کیوں ہو اور تمہارے ساتھ کوئی نہیں ہے؟

5. پس داؤد اخی مَلِک کاہِن کے پاس نوب میں آیا اور اخی مَلِک کانپتا ہوا داؤُد سے ملنے آیا اور اُس سے کہا تُو اکیلا کیوں ہے اور تیرے ساتھ کوئی نہیں؟

6. اور داؤُد اخی مَلِک کاہِن کے پاس گیا اور اخِی مَلِک نے داؤُد کو پا کر کانپ کر اُس سے کہا تُو اکیلا کیوں ہے اور تیرے ساتھ کوئی نہیں؟

6. and david went to nob to ahimelech the priest, and ahimelech trembled at meeting david, and said to him,“why are you by yourself and no man with you?”?

7. تب داؤد نوب میں اخی ملک کاہن کے پاس آیا۔ اور اخی مِلک جب داؤُد سے مِلا تو ڈر گیا اور اُس سے کہا تُو اکیلا کیوں ہے اور تیرے ساتھ کوئی نہیں؟

7. then came david to nob to ahimelech the priest: and ahimelech was afraid at the meeting of david, and said unto him, why art thou alone, and no man with thee?

8. تب داؤُد اخی مَلِک کاہِن کو سلام کرنے آیا اور اخِی مَلِک داؤُد سے مِلا تو ڈر گیا اور اُس سے کہا، "آپ اکیلے کیوں ہیں اور تیرے ساتھ کوئی نہیں؟
