6. (vii) ಪ್ಯಾರಾಗ್ರಾಫ್ (2) ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ, ಯಾವುದೇ ವಸೂಲಾಗದ ಸಾಲದ ಮೊತ್ತ ಅಥವಾ ಅದರ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷದ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಯ ಖಾತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಸೂಲಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಬರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ:

6. (vii) subject to the provisions of sub-section(2), the amount of any bad debt or part thereof which is written off as irrecoverable in the accounts of the assessee for the previous year:.

7. ಈ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ, "ಹೊಸ ಸಾಲ" ಎಂಬ ಪದವು ಅಸೈನ್ ಎರವಲು ಪಡೆದ ನಂತರ ನಿಯೋಜಿತರಿಂದ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಸಾಲದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಥವಾ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಗೊತ್ತುಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

7. for the purposes of this proviso, the expression“new loan” means the whole or any part of a loan taken by the assessee subsequent to the capital borrowed, for the purpose of repayment of such capital.

8. in order not to have duplication of benefit, the existing benefit of rebate available to the same group of beneficiaries is being reduced to rs 2500 available only to assessees upto income of rs 3.5 lakhs.
