1. സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഡ്യൂട്ടിക്കായി അടച്ച ഒരു രേഖ പ്രൊബേറ്റീവ് മൂല്യം നേടുകയും കോടതിയിൽ തെളിവായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

5. റിയൽ എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഇടപാട് ജനറൽ പവർ ഓഫ് അറ്റോർണിയുടെ (ജിപിഎ) അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് നടത്തുന്നതെങ്കിൽ, ഒരു രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത കരാർ വഴിയും സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഡ്യൂട്ടി അടച്ചാലും, ആ സ്വത്ത് ബിനാമി സ്വത്തായി കണക്കാക്കില്ല.

5. if the property transaction is done based on general power of attorney(gpa), through a registered contract and even stamp duty is paid, such property is not considered as benami property.
