1. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮದುವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾದ್ರಿಗಳು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು

3. ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 5 ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಇಬ್ಬರು ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ವಿವಾಹವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಬಹುದು.

3. according to section 5 of the act marriage can be solemnized between two hindus.

4. ವಿಶೇಷ ವಿವಾಹ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಾಹಗಳು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳಿಂದ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

4. marriages solemnized under special marriage act are not governed by personal laws.

5. ಮದುವೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಪಾದ್ರಿಯಿಂದ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (ಹಿಂದೂ ವಿವಾಹ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ).

5. a conversion certificate from the priest who solemnized the marriage(in the case of hindu marriage act).

6. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ, ಕಾಯಿದೆಯ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 5 ಇಬ್ಬರು ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ನಡುವಿನ ವಿವಾಹವನ್ನು ಯಾವ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

6. however section 5 of the act lays down the conditions under which marriage can be solemnized between any two hindus.

7. 30 ದಿನಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಿಗದಿತ ವಿವಾಹ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಾಹವನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

7. if no objection is received before the expiry of 30 days, the marriage will be solemnized at the specified marriage office.

8. ಹಿಂದೂ ವಿವಾಹಕ್ಕೆ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು:- ಇಬ್ಬರು ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ವಿವಾಹವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಬಹುದು, ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಿದರೆ, ಅವುಗಳೆಂದರೆ:-.

8. conditions for a hindu marriage:- a marriage may be solemnized between two hindus, if following conditions are fulfilled, namely:-.

9. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ, ಅದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ವಿಭಾಗ 5 ರ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಮದುವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನೂರ್ಜಿತ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸುವ HMA ಯ ವಿಭಾಗ 11, ಆದರೆ ವಿಭಾಗ 5 ರ ಪ್ಯಾರಾಗ್ರಾಫ್ (iii) ಅನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿ ವಿವಾಹವನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಶೂನ್ಯ ಅಥವಾ ಅಮಾನ್ಯವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

9. however, at the same time, section 11 of the hma which declares certain marriages, which are in contravention of section 5, to be void, but precludes a marriage solemnized in contravention of sub section(iii) of section 5, ibid from the purview of being regarded as void or invalid.

10. (1) ಈ ಕಾಯಿದೆಯ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದ ಮೊದಲು ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾದ ವಿವಾಹವು, ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ, ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ಗೋತ್ರ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರವರ ಅಥವಾ ವಿವಿಧ ಧರ್ಮಗಳು, ಜಾತಿಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಉಪವಿಭಾಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಕಾರಣ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅಮಾನ್ಯವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಅದೇ ಜಾತಿಯವರು.

10. (1)a marriage solemnized between hindus before the commencement of this act, which is otherwise valid, shall not be deemed to be invalid or ever to have been invalid by reason only of the fact that the parties thereto belonged to the same gotra or pravara or belonged to different religions, castes or sub-divisions of the same caste.

11. (1) ಈ ಕಾಯಿದೆಯ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದ ಮೊದಲು ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾದ ವಿವಾಹವು ಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ, ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ಗೋತ್ರ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರವರಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಕಾರಣ ಅಥವಾ ವಿವಿಧ ಧರ್ಮಗಳು, ಜಾತಿಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಉಪವಿಭಾಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಕಾರಣ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅಮಾನ್ಯವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಅದೇ ಜಾತಿ.

11.
