1. (ਇੱਕ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ) ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਜਾਂ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਹਾਅ ਕਰੋ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
